On Feb 1, 2005, The board chairman and general manager of CCGC, Mr. Zhang Dingjin met Mr. Lv Jiazhongyi, the general manager of Changzhou Liberty Toli Building Material Ltd. in Beijing. Mr Lv Jia reported the work and management of Liberty Toli Building Material Ltd in the 2004 and gave a detailed account on the production, sale, cost and finance of the joint venture.
The board chairman, Mr. Zhang Dingjin had a discussion with Mr Lv Jia on the product orientation and marketing strategy. They also communicated on the strategic plan and management frame proposed by the Japanese shareholder. Mr. Zhang Dingjin hoped the joint venture could do more analysis on the advantage and disadvantage of their products and he also gave a lot of advices on the advertising and marketing of their products.
