Weihai Zhongfu Xigang held its first meeting of directors in Xiaoshidao, Weihai on May 30 2004. Mr. Lizhihe was elected chairman of the board. Mr. Zoujixin and Ms.Luanguiqing were elected the vice chairmen of the board. Upon the proposal of Mr. Lizhihe, Mr. Miaohuasheng was appointed general manager and Mr. Limingchun the financial supervisor.
