It was a good day for China's Wind Power Industry, The 6 WM wind turbine, developed by Sinovel found its compatible blade recently in Lingang Industry Park, Sheyang County, Jiangsu province. The 6 WM wind blade, launched by Zhongfu Lianzhong (Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Cor., Ltd), a subsidiary company of CCGC (China Composites Group Corporation Ltd.), was installed to the turbine. The test proved their combination a success. Both of the blade and turbine rank the top in terms of power among installed facilities nationwide.
As China's biggest wind blade manufacturer and world's second, Zhongfu Lianzhong has been committed, through the years, to the advancement of technology, the strengthening of innovation ability and the specialization of technical and management team. Its production capability keeps increasing at a skyrocketing speed thus making its products seen in hundreds of wind farms all over the country. Zhongfu Lianzhong's endeavour, at present, is mostly devoted to the development of high-power, MW-level wind blades. Considering the diverse situations in different wind farms, more than 30 types of wind blades, with the power ranging from 1.5 MW to 6.0 MW, have been put into operation accordingly. This helps Zhongfu Lianzhong to sharpen its competitive edge and secure the leading position in domestic market.
The 6 WM wind blade installed this time was specifically designed, according to national strategy for wind power industry, for I-level wind farms. It matched perfectly with 6MW wind turbines onshore, offshore and in the intertidal zone and it runs well under different circumstances. The adoption of Vacuum Infusion Technology in the production process allows the blade a stable performance and good mechanical properties.
