On November 26, the cornerstone-lying ceremony for the wind blade project of China Composites Group Co., Ltd (CCGC) was grandly celebrated in the industrial park located in Hami, Xinjiang.
Hami is one of China’s seven ten-million-kw-level wind power bases. Of the nine big wind fields in Xinjiang, three are located in Hami, with the technical exploitation amount of about 75 million kw, accounting for 60% of the overall technical exploitation amount in Xinjiang. At present, a two million kw project in Hami’s Southeastern wind field is under construction.
CCGC’s Hami Wind Blade Project has a planned investment of 520 million Yuan, 330 million Yuan of which is scale-investment, with a land occupation of about 28.3 acres. After the completion of the construction work, it will be able to produce high power Megawatt level wind blades with an annual capacity of about 1 million kilowatts.
The industrial park was resounded with drumbeat, fireworks, music and people’s cheers. The honorable guests invited to the ceremony, with delight, laid the cornerstone for CCGC’s Hami Wind Blade Project.
